As part of your recruitment programme we can run a workshop exercise that will reveal candidates true personalities instead of how they want you to perceive them.

We can also offer a psychometric testing element which is a quick effective way of identifying candidates true personalities, strengths and weaknesses – most people really enjoy doing it too!

Our exercises will challenge candidate’s ability to think on their feet, work under pressure, leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.   In addition, we include challenges that test their wider industry as well as specific business knowledge so you gain a rounded picture.
